What a bummer...

I have to admit that I was a little disappointed with today as my plans were foiled by the rain. I was all hyped up and excited about the prospect of fixing and refinishing an old outside bench but those plans were foiled when a downpour of rain completely soaked the bench making it impossible to work with. So we decided to eat dinner and then survey the situation afterwards in the hopes that we would at least be able to take it apart and sand it down tonight. As you have probably already guessed, this was a no-go:( So as dissapointing as that was we decided we would see a movie to make the most out of our Saturday night which made me feel a bit better but turns out one of our friends was just too tired to stay awake.. so we just decided that it was best to call it a night..oh well hopefully tommorrow will be a better day for all of us ;)
